General Summary:
Under limited supervision, will coach Sales professionals with a focus on building customer relationships, increasing program revenue and improving current sales processes.  The Sales Coach will coach the team to metrics set by the program management as well as manage the team to acceptable work quality measurements.  
Job Specifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing, coaching or training sales personnel in a quota based environment.
  • Relevant Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience required.
  • Type a minimum of 30 words per min.
  • Working Knowledge of Sales-force, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Program specific tools/process knowledge preferred.
  • Direct or Channel sales experience.
  • 1 year call center experience preferred
  • Strong, confident telephone voice.
  • 1-2 year of Outbound/Inbound telesales experience required.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Sales background preferred.
