Mall Engineers

  • have a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical).
  • have a technical experience of at least 6 months to 1 year for assistant positions, 3 years for supervisroy positions and 5 years for managerial positions (proven record in leading large projects and managing a team of engineers / technicians) in Project and Property Management and Process, Operations and Quality Control.
  • experience in property, operations and facilities management especially in commercial and residential buildings, shopping centers, hotels and sports / entertainment facilities will be highly advantageous.
  • have good communication and execution skills and strict and high compliance quotient.
  • be willing to work in any of the following locations: Pampanga (San Fernando), Bulacan (Guiguinto, Sta. Maria), NCR (Bicutan, North EDSA, Q.C., Sucat), Cavite (Carmona, Dasmariñas, Trece Martires), Laguna (Calamba, Makiling, Sta. Rosa) and Batangas (Tanauan).
