HOTEL MANAGERS

• Hotel and Restaurant Management Graduate or any business-related course with a minimum of five (5) years management experience in fast-food,
  restaurants and hotel operations. Must also be a computer literate, preferably adept in financial management and is willing to work in
  shifts and extended hours if necessary. Candidates must be willing to assign in provincial branches.

FRANCHISING MANAGER

• Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management with at least 5 years related work experience.
  Should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy with string leadership skills. With vast knowledge in particular policies and procedures of the franchise field.

MALL MANAGERS

• The Mall Manager ensures its profitable operations and that the mall is performing in accordance to Management set income goals and directions.
  Enhances the physical value of the mall by up keeping of building provision of security control and safety measure,
  efficient implementation of warehouse management practices. Ensures the effective implementation of all tenant
  related policies and guidelines and SOP’s.

AUDITORS

• One who will perform compliance and internal audit particularly in hotel operations. Perform financial and tax audit for different
  hotel branches preferably with at least one year audit experience. Candidate must be BS Accountancy graduate and must be computer literate.

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANTS

• Candidates must be BS Accountancy graduate gained from a reputable university. With at least one(1) year experience in accounts
  receivable/ payable but fresh graduate is also welcome to apply. Applicants should not more than 30 years old.

LEASING OFFICER

• With knowledge to conceptualize, think and propose business suitable to current and future land assets of building of the company.
  We are looking for candidates with Civil Engineering or Business Management degree earned from a reputable university.
  Applicants should not more than 40 years old and must be with experience in leasing and building administration.

LOANS AND INVESTMENT OFFICER

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or its equivalent. With at least 4
  years working experience in the related field is required for this position. A connection with other bank is a plus.
